Production Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to print and process your apparel.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery takes an additional 3–5 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number via email the second your package heads out the door!
What are your shipping rates? We keep our shipping straightforward and simple:
Orders under $74.99 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.
Orders $75.00 and up qualify for Free Standard Shipping!
Do you ship international?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Because every single item at SweeTees is custom-printed to order upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect sizing choices. We highly recommend double-checking our sizing recommendations and your cart details carefully before finalizing your order!
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect? We want you to absolutely love your gear! If there is a manufacturing issue with your order, we will make it right immediately. We will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund if your item:
Arrives with a clear printing defect or discoloration.
Is physically torn, stained, or damaged upon arrival.
Is a completely different size or design than what you ordered.
How do I report a problem with my order? If your item is defective or incorrect, please do not mail it back to us! Instead, follow these simple steps within 30 days of your delivery date:
Snap a quick, clear photo of the damaged area or the wrong item.

Our team will review the issue and instantly arrange for a brand-new replacement to be printed and shipped to you at zero extra cost, or issue a full refund.

What materials are your shirts made of? We pride ourselves on choosing premium, ultra-soft blanks that feel incredible to wear. The majority of our standard classic tees are crafted from 100% combed and ring-spun cotton for a lightweight, breathable feel. Our Heather and Grey variations contain a durable, ultra-soft cotton-poly blend to maintain their shape and comfort.
What type of printing process do you use? We use cutting-edge Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technology. Instead of heavy, plastic-feeling screen prints that crack over time, DTG injects high-quality, eco-friendly water-based inks directly into the fabric fibers. This ensures a soft, smooth feel that moves with you and captures complex graphic designs beautifully.
How should I care for my apparel to keep it looking new? Because our items are printed using high-performance DTG inks, following these standard care instructions will maximize the life and vibrancy of your gear:

Wash: Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with like colors using mild detergent.

Dry: Hang-dry for the absolute longest lifespan, or tumble-dry on a low heat setting.

Iron: If ironing is needed, iron the garment inside-out on a cool setting. Never pass a hot iron directly across the printed graphic design.

Avoid: Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, or dry-clean your apparel, as these can break down the custom print bonds over time.
My shirt has a slight vinegar-like smell or a faint residue. Is this normal? Yes, completely normal! This is a temporary residue from the pre-treatment solution used during the DTG printing process to lock the ink into the fabric fibers. It acts as a primer. It is completely non-toxic and will disappear 100% after your very first standard wash.

Do I need to create an account to place an order? Not at all! You can check out completely as a guest. However, creating a free account at checkout allows you to save your shipping details, view your past orders, and track your current packages much faster.
Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. We take your security very seriously. Our storefront utilizes secure, industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data. Your payment processing is handled safely via Stripe, meaning we never see or store your full credit card information on our servers.
Why was my payment declined? Payment declines are usually caused by a quick typo. Please double-check your card number, expiration date, CVV code, and the billing zip code to ensure they exactly match your bank statement. If everything looks correct and it still won’t process, we recommend reaching out to your bank or card issuer, as they may have a temporary safety block on the transaction.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Because our automated system instantly routes your order directly to our printing queue to get it manufactured as fast as possible, we have a very narrow window for changes. If you spot an error in your shipping address or ordered the wrong size, please email us at returns@sweeteedesigns.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our absolute best to intercept it, but once an item enters production, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Where can I find my order tracking number? The exact moment your custom apparel finishes production and is handed off to the shipping carrier, an automated email containing your tracking link will be sent directly to the inbox you used at checkout. If it’s been more than 5 business days and you don’t see it, be sure to peek in your Spam or Promotions folder!
