At Sweetee Designs, every piece is custom-printed just for you. Because of this bespoke process, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of heart. However, should your item(s) arrive with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage from shipping, we’ve got your back.

• The Window: You must report the issue within 24 days of product delivery.
• The Process: Send us a clear photo of the damage and a brief description.
• The Result: We will send a free replacement immediately—no need to ship the damaged item back.
